Born in the Midwest, Kathleen Manoil came to Arizona in 1978 and has been designing interiors since 1983. She also has an extensive background in art and art history. Kathleen grew up in a family of builders by profession, artists by passion. Surrounded by the pragmatism of construction realities, she was encouraged to always make art a part of everything she did. The resulting uniqueness of every project is her stock in trade. Each residence Kathleen designs is one of a kind, skillfully crafted after listening to her clients and their goals for their dream home. Each project is carefully planned to meet the current and future needs of the homeowners and their lifestyle and budget. She views her role as the designer to guide her clients to the well-planned home of their dreams.
